All fees are charged by session - Should only part of the block be required the full block fee is still payable. Your weekly bill will be multiplied by 39 (weeks of school year) divided by 12 to arrive at a fixed monthly payment, which should be cleared in my account by the 1st of each month, payable in advance. This arrangement can be subject to change should the full year not be required, full terms will be supplied at the time of contract.

• All Full Day sessions include a morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack
• All PM sessions include lunch and an afternoon snack
• All AM sessions include a morning snack

• A late collection fee of £5.00 per 15 minutes per child applies unless 24 hour notice given.
• Hours before 9am or after 5pm are charged at £6.00 per hour - minimum one hour charge.
  
• Fees are not negotiable.
• I reserve the right to review the fees half yearly or when necessary 
• Retaining a place if not immediately required can be arranged at the appropriate fee.
• Settling in periods are charged at the normal contractual rate, and are normally over a two week period. During this time the contract can be cancelled without the one month notice period.

Payments

• Payments are accepted in cash and transfer to bank account.
• I accept childcare vouchers and will consider other forms of payment.
• Payments are payable monthly, 4 weeks in advance.
• Monthly Payments must be cleared by the 1st of each month.
• A fee of £5.00 per day for late payment will be applied to the following months invoice.
  
• Persistent late or non-payment may result in your child’s place being withdrawn.
• Fees will be reviewed half yearly and are subject to change.
• One months notice is required if your child’s place is no longer needed. 
• One month’s notice will be given should the place be terminated.
• The full fee will be charged for agreed holidays, bank holidays and professional days
