Payments are accepted in cash, cheque or transfer to bank account. I accept Accor childcare vouchers and will consider all other forms of payments on request. Payments are accepted on a monthly basis.
Monthly Payments must be received and cleared by the 1st of each month unless otherwise arranged. - Payment is considered late if funds are not cleared on the 1st of the month.
- Late payments will incur a charge of £5.00 per day after the 1st of each month and until funds are cleared.
Persistent late or non-payment will result in your child’s place being withdrawn. Fees are payable one month in advance. Fees will be reviewed half yearly and are subject to change. One months notice is required if your child’s place is no longer needed. Once months notice will be given should the place be terminated. The full month fee will be charged if less then a month notice is given.
Normal fees apply for sickness absence for the child. No fee apply if the childminder is ill.
For parents wishing to guarentee a place in advance a retainer fee can be charged. This will not for any part of the fees and is non refundable.
