At Sunnymead kids we take hygiene very seriously. As we are preparing food we have high standards in the areas which food will be handled.
We have colour specific cloths to prevent cross contamination. We use a disinfecctant and antibacterial products on all surfaces.

We have colour coded chopping boards to prevent cross contamination.

We encourage hand washing in toilet and kitchen areas and display signs to encourage this. (designed by the children). Each child has their own individual hand towel and face cloth on a named peg.
We monitor the temperature of the fridge and freezer to ensure food is stored correctly.
