Holidays are not part of the main fees and the fees will be calculated on a 39 week year to reflect this. 

If I agreed to work holidays then the fees are payable in advance prior to the child taking up a place.

No fee is charged if I have to take emergency leave and I will attempt to give a minimum of 48 hours notice .

Retainer fees

Should you wish to have a place at Sunnymead but are not taking this immediately a retainer fee will be charged. This is because of potential earnings lost with a place not being filled.

This will be at 50% of the normal fee, calculated at the hours required. This is non refundable should the place not be taken.
A refund will be given if I am unable to offer the place.
Once the place is filled the normal fee applies.

If I take a holiday during this period no fee will be charged or if I am unavailable for childminding no fee will be charged.
